 What is your return and refund policy?

Please note that J by Boghossian Jewelry does not accept any returns or refunds.

 

What is your exchange policy? 

In order to qualify for an exchange, all items (including promotional gift items accompanying the order) must be exchanged within 7 days from the day of purchase with the following conditions:

 

    • Items must be in excellent condition (i.e. unworn, unaltered, unwashed and unused and in full sellable condition -or the condition in which they were received from us or our agents)
    • Items must be in their original packaging/box with all product labels/tags still attached
    • Once the item has been received and the exchange has been approved, a store credit will be attributed. You can redeem this store credit within 7 days.
    • If the items does not meet our policies, exchanged will be rejected and item(s) will be sent back to the customer.

 

Be advised : Packaging costs/handling, shipping fees of the exchange (both from and to) -whether approved or not- and taxes and duties will be settled by the buyer.

All COD (Cash on Delivery) will be denied or deducted from your store credit.
